Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 318i platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 318i platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 318i as the platform operator.
Continued use of the 318i platform after any amendments to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
The 318i platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who reside in regions where the use of online betting platforms is not restricted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 318i platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 318i reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or anyone else — is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access via our support email.
- One account per user only.
- Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
- Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared.
- 318i is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 318i platform agree to use all services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using third-party software, automated bots, or other systems to exploit the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or block other users from accessing the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 318i platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through your account.
- Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to use it.
318i reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account termination, balance withholding, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 318i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a variety of local payment methods including online banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment options. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same account holder's name. 318i will not process any withdrawal to a third-party account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, typically within one to five business days.
318i reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where security or compliance checks are required. Users may be asked to submit identity verification documents before a withdrawal is approved. Any attempt to transfer funds obtained through fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.
- All transactions in MYR only.
- Withdrawals to accounts in the same owner's name only.
- Identity verification may be required prior to withdrawal.
- 318i does not cover any charges imposed by the user's bank.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
318i is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or internet connectivity failures on the user's end. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 318i platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 318i or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 318i platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services. 318i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Amendments to Terms, Account Termination & Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
318i reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms in force.
Account Suspension & Termination
318i reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, bonus abuse, or any activity detrimental to the platform or other users. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refundable, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 318i platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
